Zuzanna Kijanowska

Founder of Pole and More Studio. A competitive sports acrobat since the age of 6 with DKS Targówek Warsaw, and Polish Senior Champion in Sports Acrobatics from 2000 to 2002.

Zuza began her pole dance journey in 2013, becoming an instructor a year later and transferring her skills from the acrobatic mat to the pole. Thanks to her acrobatic background, she progressed rapidly from the very beginning.

Mostly self-taught, she developed her own teaching program focused primarily on strong foundations, proper technique, and attention to detail. Her style can be summed up in three words: flow, technique, and perfection.

Zuza is both an excellent and demanding teacher. Training under her guidance means you are in the best hands – and your results will speak for themselves. Her students have earned numerous awards in Pole Sport and Pole Art at the most prestigious competitions in the country.

Since 2018, she has been regularly competing in Pole Sport and Pole Art championships and leading workshops both in Poland and abroad. She is a certified IPSF Pole Sport and Aerial Hoop judge, as well as a judge at many Polish Pole Art competitions.
