Pole and More is a boutique pole dance studio located right in the heart of Warsaw – in Powiśle. It’s a sports school designed for people who value quality and comfort in their training.

The founder, Zuzanna Kijanowska, is a multi-time international Pole Art champion, several-time Polish Pole Sport champion, a proud member of the iconic DKS Targówek club, and Polish Senior Champion in sports acrobatics (2000–2002).
 

Our offer goes far beyond Pole Dance. You’ll also find a variety of complementary classes, including Exotic Pole, Stretching, Functional Training, Acropole, and Perfect Body Lines. Thanks to our specially designed teaching system and wide range of classes, you can train recreationally or prepare for competitions such as Pole Sport, Pole Art, or Pole Exotic. We put a special focus on providing top-quality classes in small groups, guided only by certified and experienced instructors. Our team consists of award-winning athletes and passionate coaches who create a friendly, welcoming environment – you’ll feel right at home.
 

Our studio is an ideal space for professional training. You’ll find SunPole poles that are 4.2m high, spaced 3m apart – exactly as required for competitions. We also provide certified, extra-large crash mats and everything else you need for a safe and comfortable training experience.
 

We have two bright, spacious training rooms: Main Room – 80m² with only 8 poles, each 4.2m high. Small Room – 30m² with 2 poles, each 3m high. You’ll also have access to a locker room with secure lockers, a cozy common area, a spacious restroom, and a separate shower.
 

Because we care about your comfort and the quality of your learning experience, we run only small-group pole dance classes – max. 8 people per class in the main room, with one pole per person guaranteed.
