Our unified training program – designed by Zuza Kijanowska and taught by all our instructors – helps you quickly build a solid foundation and safely progress to more advanced tricks, always with perfect technique in mind.

We make sure every student trains at the level that’s right for them, reducing the risk of injury and maximizing results. We offer several fixed-level groups at regular times – but there are no rigid “courses” here. You and your instructor decide when it’s time to level up, so your progress is entirely on your terms.
